3. Grading & Sizing
Using your base size and market insights, we create graded patterns tailored to your customer profiles. From XS to 4XL, our team ensures consistent fit and proportions across the size spectrum—whether you're building unisex oversized cuts or tailored silhouettes.
4. Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source fabrics, trims, and specialty finishes daily from trusted mills and suppliers across Asia’s top textile hubs. From heavyweight fleece to custom dye finishes and cow leather patches—our sourcing team finds what you imagine, or better.
5. Sampling
We offer sampling at all key stages to ensure zero compromise on final quality:
– Prototype Samples: Bring your sketch to life and test fit, construction, and silhouette.
– Sales Samples: Preview your collection for buyers without investing in full inventory.
– Pre-Production Samples: Final approval of trims, stitching, fabrics, sizing, and packaging before mass production.
6. Bulk Production
Your assigned production manager oversees quality control, timelines, and factory coordination—ensuring accurate replication and scalable results. From MOQ to mid-size runs, we deliver consistent quality whether you’re building a core drop or capsule line.
7. Logistics & Delivery
