Yes. We make one physical sample before production. You can make changes during sampling, before bulk production starts.

Samples cost $150 to $500 each, depending on the design. You pay the shipping for the sample.

It depends on the product and how many sample rounds you need. Cut and sew orders can take up to 3 months when there are several sample rounds, so plan about 4 months ahead.

No. Send us a sketch, a photo or a reference and we can make the tech pack for you.

Yes. We make woven and printed labels, hang tags and size tabs. Orders ship in our standard packaging. Custom packaging is a separate order.

Full payment is due when your order is ready to ship. We accept bank transfer, PayPal and major credit cards.

By air or sea, with DHL, UPS, FedEx or USPS. You get tracking for your order.

Check your goods within 1 to 3 days and report any defects within 7 days, with photos and videos. We refund the unit price for up to 5 defective units, or remake the goods if 6 or more are unusable.

Our factories are in Pakistan and China. Ask us which one will make your order before you order.

Yes, before bulk production. You pay for the samples made, plus a cancellation fee of 30% of the order value or $250, whichever is greater.
