Step 1 of 7 · Blueprints for your design

1. Tech pack creation

Every great garment starts with a great tech pack. We write down the measurements, trims, fabric, labels, stitching and artwork placement. A solid tech pack cuts down back-and-forth and stops surprises in production.

Step 2 of 7 · Where your design gets its shape

2. Pattern making

Our pattern makers turn your design into accurate patterns, by hand or on the computer, with clear sewing notes. The result is a pattern that keeps your fit and your shape.

Step 3 of 7 · The same fit in every size

3. Grading and sizing

We grade your pattern across sizes from XS to 4XL, so the fit stays the same whether you make oversized unisex cuts or fitted pieces.

Step 4 of 7 · Materials picked for your product

4. Fabric and trim sourcing

We source fabric, trims and special finishes from trusted mills and suppliers. From heavyweight fleece to custom dyes and leather patches, we find what you have in mind.

Step 5 of 7 · Test, tweak and approve

5. Sampling

We make samples at each key stage, so you can check the quality before bulk.

We send one physical sample before production. Samples cost $150 to $500 each, depending on the design.

Step 6 of 7 · Consistent, on time

6. Bulk production

A production manager runs your order: quality control, timelines and the factory floor. Every piece is made to match your approved sample, from a small first drop to a bigger run.

Step 7 of 7 · From our floor to your door

7. Logistics and delivery

We handle international shipping, customs papers and delivery planning. You get tracking and updates until your order arrives.

Give yourself time

Cut and sew orders can take up to 3 months when more than one sample round is needed. We suggest planning about 4 months ahead of your launch.
