Flame-resistant (FR) clothing, made to order in aramid
We make FR (flame-resistant) workwear to order in aramid fabric: coveralls, shirts and pants, hoodies, welding jackets, and chef coats and aprons. Orders start at 50 pieces per style and color, with the yarn maker's certificate for every order. Before we ship, we send you a video of a flame test on your fabric. Aramid is a specialty fiber. Its flame resistance is part of the fiber, not a finish that washes out.

Aramid, a specialty fabric
Aramid is a family of synthetic fibers. It is a flame-resistant fiber: its flame resistance is part of the fiber, not a finish that washes out.
- Two kinds: meta-aramid is the soft kind used in clothing. Para-aramid is the strong kind, used in gloves and in small shares of fabric.
- In a flame: meta-aramid does not melt or drip. It chars.
- Our yarn: we buy the aramid yarn ourselves. Each order comes with the yarn maker's certificate for that yarn.
- The fiber content: our aramid twill is 100% aramid.
- Thread and trims: the thread, zippers, snaps and labels are chosen to match your specification and confirmed with your quote.
- Colors: aramid is hard to dye, so there are fewer colors than for cotton. We confirm the colors with your quote.

Questions buyers ask
What is your minimum for FR workwear?
50 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number.
What comes with each order?
The yarn maker's certificate for the aramid yarn in your order, and a copy of our CE certificate for flame-resistant fabrics. Before we ship, we test a swatch of your fabric with a flame and send you the video. The certificates cover the yarn and the fabric. They are not a garment certification.
Can you make certified garments?
Garment certification, for example to NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 2112, is done by an independent certification body. Tell us the standard your program uses. We confirm with your quote whether it can be done, what it costs and how long it adds.
Is aramid flame-resistant?
Yes. Aramid is a flame-resistant fiber, and its flame resistance is part of the fiber. Meta-aramid does not melt or drip. In a flame, it chars.
Do you make FR workwear under my brand?
Yes. Your specification, your colors, your logo and your labels. The pieces carry your brand, not ours.
How long does an order take?
We make one physical sample first and confirm its price with your quote. After you approve it, bulk takes about 6 to 8 weeks, plus shipping. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks.
Where is it made?
In our own factories in Pakistan. Our US corporate office is near Chicago.
What US duty applies to FR workwear from Pakistan?
As of October 2026, it is the normal duty for the garment's tariff line, plus a 10% duty on goods from Pakistan under Section 301. The 10% has applied since July 24, 2026. For example, men's woven work pants of synthetic fibers fall under line 6203.43.90, at 27.9%, plus the 10%. We found no special line for FR clothing. Your customs broker confirms the line for each product.
Do you take returns?
No. Each piece is made to order, in the sizes you send. Defects are different: report them within 7 days, with photos and videos. We refund the unit price for up to 5 defective units, or remake the goods if 6 or more are unusable.
