We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. Bulk starts only after you approve the sample.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.

What is the minimum order for custom scrubs?
50 pieces per style and color. Mixed sizes count together toward the 50. A navy top and a black top count as two colors, so that is 50 of each.
Can each scrub top have a different name?
Yes. Send us one list with each person's name and size. We embroider each name under your logo, like DANA on our WARD scrubs.
Do you make custom scrub caps?
Yes. We make tie-back scrub caps with your logo on the band, embroidered or as a patch, like the navy cap on this page.
Which scrub styles do you make?
Scrub sets, jogger scrubs, scrub jackets, scrub caps and lab coats. Send a photo of a style you like, and we will match the fit and the pockets on your sample.
What fabric are the scrubs made from?
The fabric you choose. Poly cotton and stretch twill are common choices. Ask us for swatches, and feel the fabric before the sample.
Can I start my own scrubs brand with you?
Yes. We make scrubs with your own neck labels and hang tags, from 50 pieces per style and color. Custom packaging is a separate order.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the fabric and the embroidery before we make your full order.
Do I need a design ready?
No. Send your logo and a photo of scrubs you like. We draw the design, then make one sample for you to check.
