Custom baby bodysuit orders, in short
Sharknits cuts and sews baby bodysuits for brands, short or long sleeve, with an envelope neck and a snap tab. Fabrics are cotton interlock or rib, certified organic cotton fabric or viscose made from bamboo. Your logo is embroidered or printed, and your labels go in. The minimum is 50 pieces per style and color, with sizes from newborn to 24 months mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. Kids orders are quoted FOB (free on board) Karachi, so the brand imports the goods. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What is the minimum for custom baby bodysuits?
50 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number.
Can I mix colors in the 50?
No. The minimum is 50 pieces for each style and color. Sizes can be mixed within each color.
What fabrics do you use for bodysuits?
Cotton interlock or rib, certified organic cotton fabric, or viscose made from bamboo. You check the fabric on your sample before bulk.
Can you embroider a small logo?
Yes. We embroider or print your logo where you want it, like the small bolt on the chest of our PEBBLE bodysuits.
How are the snaps checked?
Snaps are among the parts your testing lab checks for lead. We send samples to the lab you pick. If your brand uses a snap pull check, tell us the method and we confirm it with your quote.
Do you sew tracking labels?
Yes. Every bodysuit gets a permanent tracking label, with the details your brand gives us, such as the brand name, the production date and the batch.
Do you sell blank bodysuits?
No. We make each bodysuit to your design, in your fabric and colors, with your labels.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. Bulk starts only after you approve it.
