Sharknits makes custom puffer jackets, puffer vests, quilted coats and parkas for brands and teams. You choose the shell, in nylon or taffeta, the quilting, the fill and the details. We add your logo with chenille, embroidery, rhinestones or a patch. The minimum is usually 25 pieces per style and color, and sizes can be mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What to send us
- A photo or a sketch of the jacket, or a tech pack if you have one.
- Your logo and artwork, and where each one goes: the back, the chest or the sleeve.
- Your colors, as color codes, or a sample of the color.
- How warm it should be, and where it will be worn.
- Your sizes and quantities per style and color. Sizes can be mixed inside the 25.
- Your labels and packaging, or ask us to make them.

What is the minimum order for custom puffer jackets?
Usually 25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. Tell us what you are making and we will confirm.
What fill do you use?
Tell us how warm the jacket should be and how it should feel. We confirm the fill and its weight on your quote, and you check the warmth on your sample.
Can you put a big logo on the back of a puffer?
Yes. Our REIGN puffer has a gold chenille crown and letters across the back. A back logo can also be embroidered, printed or a patch.
Do you make puffer vests?
Yes. We make puffer vests and quilted vests with your logo, usually from 25 pieces per style and color.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Send your colors as color codes or a fabric sample. You check the shell color on your sample before bulk.
When should I order winter jackets?
Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. For jackets you want to sell in the fall, that means starting in the spring or early summer.
Do you make team parkas?
Yes. We make sideline parkas in your team colors, with your logo, along with quarter-zips and warm-up suits.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the shell, the warmth and the fit before we make your full order.
