Sharknits makes custom zip up hoodies for clothing brands, full zip or quarter zip, in French terry or fleece. The zip, the pullers and the cord tips can be in your colors, and the pullers can carry your logo. The minimum is usually 25 pieces per style and color, and sizes can be mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What is the minimum order for zip up hoodies?
Usually 25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. Tell us what you are making and we will confirm.
Full zip or quarter zip: which should I choose?
A full zip opens all the way down, so it is easy to layer. A quarter zip opens partway from the collar and has a sporty look. We make both, to your fit.
Can the zip pullers carry my logo?
Yes. We make zip pullers with your logo, and the drawcords and cord tips can be in your colors too. You see them on your sample before bulk.
Metal or plastic zip?
Both work. A metal zip looks heavier and more classic. A plastic zip is lighter. Tell us the look you want, and you see it on your sample.
Where can my logo go on a zip hoodie?
On the chest beside the zip, split across both sides of the zip, or on the back, the sleeves or the hood. One big front print works better on a pullover.
Do you make matching sweatpants?
Yes. We make sweatpants, joggers and shorts to match, so you can sell the zip hoodie as a set. Each piece counts as its own style.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the zip, the fit and the fabric before we make your full order.
