Sharknits makes custom beanies for clothing brands, teams and companies, in rib or waffle knit, cuffed or uncuffed. The minimum is 25 pieces per style and color. Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order for custom beanies?

25 pieces per style and color. A black beanie and a gray beanie with the same logo count as two colors, so that is 25 of each.

Can our name be knitted into the beanie?

Yes. We knit words and logos into the beanie itself, so they are part of the knit and never peel. We also embroider logos on the cuff.

Can you put a leather patch on a beanie?

Yes. We make the leather patch, debossed, foil stamped, laser engraved or embossed with your logo, and sew it onto the cuff, like the beanie on this page.

What is the difference between a cuffed and an uncuffed beanie?

A cuffed beanie has a folded band at the bottom, which is where a patch or embroidery usually goes. An uncuffed beanie sits flat, and the logo goes on the knit itself.

Can you match the beanies to our team or brand colors?

Yes. Send your color codes or a sample of the color, and we will match the yarn on your sample.

How much does a sample cost?

One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the shape, the colors and the logo before we make your full order.

Do I need a design ready?

No. Send your logo and a photo of a beanie you like. We draw the design, then make one sample for you to check.
