Activewear orders, in short
Sharknits makes activewear for brands and gyms: leggings, sports bras, biker shorts, gym tanks and tees, joggers and zip jackets. We cut and sew each piece to your fit in a stretch knit, then add your logo, colors and labels. The minimum is usually 25 pieces per style and color, and sizes can be mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What is the minimum order for custom activewear?
Usually 25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. Each piece of a set, such as the leggings and the sports bra, counts as its own style.
Do you make leggings and sports bras for brands?
Yes. We make leggings, sports bras and biker shorts with your logo, colors and labels, plus gym tanks and tees, joggers and zip jackets.
What fabric do you use for leggings?
Tell us how the leggings should feel and stretch, or send a pair you like. We confirm the fabric with your quote, and you check it on your sample before bulk.
Can I make a matching set?
Yes. Leggings, a sports bra and biker shorts can share one fabric, one color and one logo, like our PULSE set. Each piece counts as its own style for the minimum.
Can you add pockets to leggings?
Yes. A small key pocket inside the waistband, like on our PULSE leggings, or pockets on the sides. Tell us where you want them.
How do you put a logo on activewear?
With a thin heat transfer, screen printing, embroidery or a woven label. The bolt on our PULSE leggings is a heat transfer. You see your logo on your sample before bulk.
How long does an activewear order take?
It depends on how many sample rounds you need. Cut and sew orders can take up to 3 months with several sample rounds, so plan about 4 months ahead. Shipping comes on top. By air, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the fabric and the colors before we make your full order.
