Sublimation
All-over color dyed into polyester, so the print runs across the seams. The color resists fading. It cannot print white.
Rubber Patches
Molded patches with raised detail. Waterproof, tough and bright.
Rhinestones
Stones set into artwork or along the seams.
Woven Labels and Tape
Your name woven into neck labels, tabs and jacquard tape.
Water-Based Printing
A soft print that sinks into the cotton, so you barely feel it.
Discharge Printing
Takes the dye out of dark cotton for a soft, worn-in print.
Woven Patches
Fine woven detail with a stitched border, for jackets, hats and bags.
Thread Painting
Satin stitch in blended colors, laid down like paint. The depth comes from the stitch direction.
Tonal Embroidery
Thread a shade or two deeper than the cloth, for artwork you notice up close.
Acid Wash
A wash that strips the dye in an uneven cloud, from near black to pale gray. No two pieces match.
Raw Edges
Hems and cuffs cut and left raw on purpose, with bar tacks so they stay put.
Intarsia Knitting
Color knitted in, stitch by stitch, so the pattern is part of the sweater.
Jacquard Rib
Two yarn colors knitted into the cuff, so the pattern is part of the rib.
Reflective Piping
Silver piping that looks plain in daylight and shines back at a flash or headlights.
Seam Taping
Tape sealed over the seams, so water cannot get in through the needle holes.
Quilting
Stitched channels that hold the fill in place, in straight lines or curves.
