The minimum is 25 pieces per style and color, so a sand cap and a black cap count as two colors. Your logo goes on as a woven, leather or rubber patch, or in flat or 3D puff embroidery. We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. Bulk starts only after you approve the sample.

Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order for custom trucker hats?

25 pieces per style and color. A sand cap and a black cap with the same patch count as two colors, so that is 25 of each.

Which patch is best for a trucker hat?

A woven patch holds fine detail and small text. A leather patch gives a debossed or engraved look. A rubber patch is tough and bright. Send your logo and we will suggest one.

Can you embroider the logo instead of a patch?

Yes. We embroider logos flat or in 3D puff, which is stitched over foam so the logo stands up off the front.

Can the mesh be a different color from the front?

Yes. You choose the colors of the front, the mesh, the brim and the logo.

What is the difference between a trucker hat and a snapback?

A trucker hat has a mesh back that lets air through. A snapback has a solid fabric back. Both close with a snap strap.

How much does a sample cost?

One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the shape, the colors and the logo before we make your full order.

Do I need a design ready?

No. Send your logo and a photo of a hat you like. We draw the design, then make one sample for you to check.
