Sharknits makes custom leather bags for brands, shops and companies: duffels and weekenders, totes, handbags and crossbody bags, backpacks, laptop and messenger bags, briefcases and dopp kits. The minimum is 25 pieces per design. You choose the leather, the hardware and the lining, and your logo is debossed, foil stamped, laser engraved or set on a metal plate. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk production takes about 4 to 6 weeks, plus shipping time. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 4 to 6 weeks, plus shipping.

What is the minimum order for custom leather bags?
25 pieces per design. Tell us how many designs you need and how many of each, and we will quote them together.
Which leathers can you use for bags?
Cowhide in full grain or top grain, buffalo leather, goat and sheep leather, and faux leather, also called PU leather (PU is short for polyurethane). Tell us how the pieces will be used, and we will suggest one.
How does our logo go on the bag?
It can be debossed or embossed into the leather, foil stamped in gold, silver or a color, laser engraved, or set on a metal plate or badge. Our SADDLE weekender carries SHARKNITS in gold foil, with the bolt pressed into each zip puller.
Do you make laptop bags?
Yes. We make leather laptop bags, messenger bags, backpacks and briefcases. Tell us the laptop size, and we will plan the sleeve and the pockets around it.
How long does a leather bag order take?
First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk production takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping time comes on top, so tell us when you need the bags.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the leather, the stitching, the hardware and your logo before we make your full order.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. Send a sketch or a photo of a bag you like, with your logo. We make the tech pack and the pattern for you.
Do you make wallets and belts too?
Yes. We make wallets, card holders, belts, keychains and other small leather goods with your logo. See custom leather goods.
