Fishing shirt orders, in short

Sharknits makes custom fishing shirts and gear for fishing brands, clubs and tournament teams: tournament jerseys, hooded sun shirts, vented fishing shirts, fishing gloves, hats, neck gaiters and bags. The minimum is 25 pieces per style and color, and sizes can be mixed. Jerseys are printed by sublimation, so your design and your sponsors' logos can cover the whole shirt. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk production takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping time. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What to send for a tournament order

Send these with your quote request. We draw the design, then make one sample for you to check.

  1. Your logos. Your own logo and each sponsor's logo, as files. Clear pictures work too.
  2. Your colors. Or a photo of a jersey you like.
  3. The pieces. Jerseys only, or jerseys with gloves, hats, gaiters and bags.
  4. Sizes and names. One list with each angler's size, and a name for each jersey if you want names printed.
  5. Your date. The day of your tournament or your launch, so we can plan the sample and the bulk.

Sample first, then your order

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. If the shirts are for a tournament, tell us its date.

Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order for custom fishing shirts?

25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. The same minimum covers our fishing gloves, hats, neck gaiters and bags.

Can you print the whole jersey?

Yes. We print tournament jerseys by sublimation, so your design can run from the collar to the cuffs, across every panel.

Can you add our sponsors' logos?

Yes. Send each logo as a file and show us where it goes. On a sublimated jersey, logos can go on the chest, the sleeves and the back, in full color.

Can each jersey carry an angler's name?

Yes. Send one list with each angler's name and size, and we print each name into its jersey. We include the names in your quote.

What fishing gloves do you make?

Fingerless gloves with a stretch back and a grip palm, and full-finger neoprene gloves with tips on the thumb and index finger that fold back. Your logo goes on the back of each glove, printed or as a rubber patch.

Do you make hats and neck gaiters to match?

Yes. Neck gaiters are printed all over by sublimation, so they can match your jersey. Caps and wide brim hats carry your logo in embroidery.

What fishing bags do you make?

Soft tackle bags, padded rod bags and roll-top dry bags. Your logo is printed or set on a rubber patch, and the zip pullers can carry it too.

How long does a fishing shirt order take?

First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk production takes about 3 to 5 weeks. Shipping time comes on top, so tell us your tournament date.

How much does a sample cost?

One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the print, the fit and the colors before we make your full order.
