We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. Bulk starts only after you approve the sample.

What is the minimum order for custom work shirts?
25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. Work jackets, work pants and coveralls start at 25 too.
Can you add our company patch and each worker's name?
Yes. We make company patches and name patches and sew them above the pockets, like the SHARKNITS and SAM patches on our TORQUE shirt. Send us one list with each person's name and size.
Do you make custom mechanic shirts?
Yes. We make short sleeve and long sleeve work shirts with two chest pockets, closed with snaps or buttons, and patches where you want them.
What fabric do you use for workwear?
The fabric you choose. Work shirts are often poly cotton twill. Work jackets and pants are often duck canvas, like our BEAM jacket. Ask us for swatches before the sample.
Can our logo go on the snaps and rivets?
Yes. Snaps, rivets and zip pullers can carry your logo. Our TORQUE and BEAM designs have the Sharknits bolt pressed into every snap.
Can you put our name across the back?
Yes. We screen print or embroider your company name across the back of work shirts, jackets and coveralls, like the print on the gray coveralls on this page.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the fabric and the patches before we make your full order.
Do I need a design ready?
No. Send your logo and a photo of a work shirt you like. We draw the design, then make one sample for you to check.
