Kids hoodie orders, in short
Sharknits makes kids and youth hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatsuits and joggers for brands, schools and teams, in French terry or fleece, in sizes from 2 to 16. Kids hoods have a plain stitched edge with no drawstrings. Logos are screen printed, embroidered, heat transferred or sewn on as patches. The minimum is 50 pieces per style and color, with sizes mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. Kids orders are quoted FOB (free on board) Karachi, so the brand imports the goods. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

Do your kids hoodies have drawstrings?
No. Kids tops have no drawstrings in the hood or neck. US rules ban them on kids tops in sizes 2T to 12, and we leave them off in every kids size.
Can I order kids and adult sizes of one design?
Yes. Kids hoodies start at 50 pieces per style and color, and adult hoodies usually at 25. Our hoodie manufacturer page covers adult sizes.
Which prints work on kids clothes?
Screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer and patches. Your lab tests prints and transfers for lead, so tell us the print method before your sample.
Do prints need lab tests?
Yes. Prints and transfers are tested for lead, as a coating. Plain dyed fabric needs no lead test. On sleepwear and bibs for kids 3 and under, plastisol prints are tested for phthalates too.
What is the minimum?

What fabric do you use?
French terry or fleece, at the weight you choose. You check the fabric and the fit on your sample before bulk.
