Sharknits is a sportswear manufacturer for teams and brands. We make team uniforms for baseball, basketball, football, soccer, hockey and other sports. We also make warm-up suits, quarter-zips, compression wear, fight shorts, fishing jerseys and race shirts, in polyester mesh, stretch fabrics, French terry or fleece. Team uniforms start at 25 pieces per design, with names and numbers at no extra charge. Bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks after the sample is approved. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What sportswear do you make?
Team uniforms for baseball, basketball, football, soccer, hockey and other sports. We also make warm-up suits, quarter-zips, training jackets and compression wear, plus fight shorts and gloves, fishing jerseys, race shirts and team socks.
What is the minimum order for custom sportswear?
25 pieces per design for team uniforms, with sizes mixed. Fight shorts and boxing gloves start at 12 pieces per design, and socks at 50 pairs. For cricket, rugby, volleyball, wrestling and race kits, we confirm the minimum with your quote.
Can each jersey have its own name and number?
Yes. On team jerseys, each name and number costs nothing extra. We put them on with tackle twill, heat transfer, sublimation or embroidery.
What fabric do you use for jerseys?
Polyester mesh for most jerseys, and stretch fabric for singlets and compression wear. Sublimation dyes the design into polyester, so it works best on white or light polyester.
Do you make sportswear for brands, not only teams?
Yes. We make training wear, compression wear, fight shorts and fishing jerseys for brands, with your own labels and hang tags.
How long does a sportswear order take?
For team uniforms, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks after you approve the sample, plus shipping. Air shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Plan more time if you need several sample rounds.
What is sublimation?
A print method where heat turns dye into a gas that bonds with polyester. The color is in the fabric, and nothing sits on top. It suits jerseys and all-over designs. It cannot print white.
