Rugby uniform orders, in short
Sharknits makes custom rugby uniforms for clubs, schools and brands: jerseys, shorts, socks and training wear, plus rugby balls with your logo. Hoops are cut and sewn to line up at the seams, and each jersey can carry a player's name and number. We confirm the minimum with your quote. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What is the minimum order for custom rugby uniforms?
We confirm it with your quote. Tell us how many players you are dressing and which pieces each one needs: jerseys, shorts, socks or the full kit.
Do the hoops line up at the seams?
Yes. The hoops are cut and sewn so they meet across the side seams and the placket, like the navy and blue hoops on our RUCK jersey.
Can each jersey carry a player's name and number?
Yes. Send us one list with each player's name, number and size. Numbers can be tackle twill, like the 9 on our RUCK jersey, or heat transfer or sublimation.
Do you make classic cotton rugby shirts?
Yes. We make heavy cotton rugby shirts with a twill collar and rubber buttons, for teams and for clothing brands. We also make sublimated polyester jerseys.
Do you make rugby balls?
Yes. We make rugby balls in your colors, with your logo printed on the panels. We quote them with your uniforms or on their own.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the hoops and the numbers before we make your full order.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. Send a sketch, a photo of a jersey you like, or your logo and colors. We make the tech pack and the pattern for you.
