Your logo is embroidered, printed or sewn on as a patch, and you choose the brim. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. Bulk starts only after you approve the sample.

What is the minimum order for custom bucket hats?

25 pieces per style and color. An olive hat and a black hat with the same logo count as two colors, so that is 25 of each.

Which fabric is best for a bucket hat?

Cotton twill is the classic, soft and easy to embroider. Nylon is light, with a smooth, sporty look. Corduroy has a soft, ribbed texture for colder months. Tell us the look you want and we will match it on your sample.

Can you embroider our logo on a bucket hat?

Yes. We embroider logos on the front or the side, flat or in 3D puff. We also sew on patches and screen print.

Can the brim be wider?

Yes. Tell us the brim width you want, short for a streetwear look or wide for more shade, and we will match it on your sample.

Can you make bucket hats to match our clothing?

Yes. We make hats, hoodies, tees and shorts, so we can match your colors and logo across the order.

How much does a sample cost?

One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the shape, the colors and the logo before we make your full order.
