Youth team uniform orders, in short
Sharknits makes team uniforms in youth sizes for clubs, schools and leagues: soccer, basketball, baseball, football, hockey, cheer and more. Logos go on by sublimation, screen printing, heat transfer, tackle twill or embroidery. The minimum is 50 pieces per design, with sizes mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. Kids orders are quoted FOB (free on board) Karachi, so the brand imports the goods. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

When to order for the season
- Count back from your first game: shipping, then about 3 to 5 weeks of bulk after you approve the sample, then the sample round before it.
- Spring season: send us your design by January.
- Fall season: send us your design by June.
- A new design? Plan time for a second sample round.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.

What is the minimum for youth team uniforms?
50 pieces per design, with sizes mixed.
Can adult and youth sizes mix in one order?
Adult team uniforms start at 25 pieces per design, and youth sizes at 50. Tell us how many of each you need, and we confirm how they count with your quote.
Do you add names and numbers?
Yes. We can put a name and number on each jersey. For youth kits, we confirm the cost with your quote.
How long does it take?
After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. Plan more time if you need several sample rounds.
When should we order for the season?
Count back from your first game: shipping, then about 3 to 5 weeks of bulk after the sample is approved, then the sample round. For a spring season, send your design by January. For a fall season, by June.
Do youth uniforms follow the US kids rules?
Yes. Uniforms made mainly for kids 12 and under are children's products in the US. Your club or brand, as the importer, issues the Children's Product Certificate. We send samples to the lab you pick and sew permanent tracking labels.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. Bulk starts only after you approve it.
