Leather patch orders, in short
Sharknits makes custom leather patches for hats, beanies, jackets, jeans and bags. Order them on their own, from 100 pieces per design, or sewn onto hats and clothing we make. Your logo is debossed, embossed, foil stamped or laser engraved. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk production takes about 4 to 6 weeks, plus shipping time. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 4 to 6 weeks, plus shipping.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.

What is the minimum order for custom leather patches?
100 pieces per design when you order the patches on their own. If we sew them onto hats or clothing we make for you, tell us the quantity, and we will confirm it with your quote.
Which finish should I choose?
Debossing presses your logo into the leather for a clean, quiet look, and embossing raises it. Foil stamping adds gold, silver or a color. Laser engraving burns the logo in dark, with fine detail, like the patch on our STAMP cap.
Can you sew the patches onto our hats?
Yes. We make trucker hats, dad hats, snapbacks, bucket hats and beanies, and sew your leather patch on. See custom hats and caps.
What shapes can the patches be?
Rectangles, squares and circles, or a shape cut to the outline of your logo.
Can you make faux leather patches?
Yes. We make patches in faux leather, also called PU leather (PU is short for polyurethane), as well as cowhide, buffalo, goat and sheep leather.
How long does a leather patch order take?
First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk production takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping time comes on top.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the leather, the size and your logo before we make your full order.
