Sharknits at a glance
Sharknits is a custom clothing manufacturer with factories in Lahore and Sialkot, Pakistan, and a US corporate office near Chicago. Since 2019, we have made more than 15 million pieces, and counting, for over 500 customers in 25 countries. We make over 190 products in 13 families, from streetwear and team uniforms to leather goods, sports equipment and scrubs. Most styles start at 25 pieces per style and color, and bulk orders run from 500 to 50,000 pieces or more per style. Each factory can make up to 1 million pieces a month.

What we make
Thirteen product families. Minimums are per style and color unless they say otherwise, and sizes can be mixed. We confirm the minimum with every quote.

Printing, embroidery and finishes
We can put any of these on your sample, so you see and feel it before bulk.
- Printing: screen printing, water-based printing, discharge printing, 3D puff printing, heat transfer and sublimation.
- Embroidery: flat, 3D puff, chenille, appliqué, tonal and thread painting.
- Patches: embroidered, woven, rubber and leather patches.
- Labels: woven labels and tape, printed labels, hang tags and size tabs.
- Knits: intarsia knitting and jacquard rib.
- Finishes: acid wash, raw edges, rhinestones, reflective piping, seam taping and quilting.
Fabrics we use most
We source fabric and trims to fit your design and your budget. Ask for swatches, and feel the fabric before you choose.
- Knits: French terry, fleece, cotton jersey and pique.
- Sportswear: polyester mesh.
- Outerwear: nylon and taffeta, melton wool, denim and satin.
- Leather: leather and suede, and faux leather (PU, polyurethane).
- Scrubs: poly cotton and stretch twill.
How long an order takes
Shipping comes on top. It takes about 1 to 2 weeks by air, or about 6 to 8 weeks by sea to the US East Coast, door to door.

Samples, payment and shipping
Every order starts with a sample. Bulk orders of 500 pieces or more have a deposit and a final inspection.

- 500 pieces or more30% deposit when you order, and 70% after the final inspection, before the goods ship

- By seaFOB (free on board) Karachi, or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door
- DefectsReport them within 7 days, with photos and videos. We refund the unit price for up to 5 units, or remake the goods if 6 or more are unusable.
How we check an order
Checks you can see, from the sample to the shipment.
- Sample first: bulk starts only after you approve a physical sample.
- During production: every piece is checked against your approved sample.
- Final inspection: on orders of 500 pieces or more, we check a random sample of the order by AQL (acceptance quality limit) sampling. No critical defects pass. The limits are AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor ones.
- Your inspector is welcome: book SGS, QIMA, Intertek or another firm before you pay the balance. Their fee is yours.

What does Sharknits make?
Custom clothing and gear in 13 product families: streetwear, jackets and outerwear, leather outerwear, leather goods, sport and team uniforms, sports equipment, workwear and scrubs, gloves, headwear, socks, bags, accessories and packaging, and footwear.
How much can you make?
Each of our factories can make up to 1 million pieces a month. Bulk orders run from 500 to 50,000 pieces or more per style. Capacity depends on the product, so tell us what you need and we will confirm it.
What is your minimum order?
Usually 25 pieces per style and color, with sizes mixed. Scrubs start at 50 per style and color, socks at 50 pairs, patches on their own at 100, and boxing gloves and fight shorts at 12. For sports equipment, we confirm the minimum with your quote.
Where are your factories?
Our factories are in Lahore and Sialkot, Pakistan. Our US corporate office is at 1038 Swift Rd, Glen Ellyn, Illinois, near Chicago.
