Volleyball jersey orders, in short
Sharknits makes custom volleyball jerseys and uniforms for clubs, schools and leagues, in women's and men's cuts. Designs are sublimated, so they run across the seams, and each jersey can carry a player's name and number. We also make volleyballs with your logo. We confirm the minimum with your quote. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. Bulk starts only after you approve the sample.

What is the minimum order for custom volleyball jerseys?
We confirm it with your quote. Tell us how many players are on your roster and which pieces each one needs.
Do you make women's volleyball jerseys?
Yes. We make women's and men's cuts, with cap sleeves, short sleeves or no sleeves, like the women's cut of our SPIKE jersey.
Can each jersey carry a player's name and number?
Yes. Send us one list with each player's name, number and size. We sublimate or heat transfer them, and you see the method on your sample first.
Can the design run across the seams?
Yes. Sublimation dyes the design into polyester, so lines and colors run across the seams, like the lines on SPIKE. It cannot print white, so the white parts of a design come from the fabric.
Do you make volleyballs too?
Yes. We make volleyballs in your colors, with your logo printed on a panel. See custom soccer balls and other balls.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the colors and the numbers before we make your full order.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. Send a sketch, a photo of a jersey you like, or your logo and colors. We make the tech pack and the pattern for you.
