Cycling kit orders, in short
Sharknits makes cycling kits for clubs, teams and brands: sublimated jerseys, padded bib shorts, jackets and vests, arm and leg warmers, caps and socks. The design is dyed into the polyester, so it can run edge to edge. Each jersey can carry its own name or number at no extra charge. Jerseys start at 25 pieces per design, with sizes mixed. Bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks after the sample is approved. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What is the minimum order for custom cycling jerseys?
25 pieces per design, with sizes mixed. Each jersey can carry its own name or number at no extra charge. For bib shorts, jackets, vests and warmers, we confirm the minimum with your quote.
How long does a cycling kit order take?
After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Plan more time if you need several sample rounds.
Why are cycling jerseys sublimated?
Sublimation turns dye into a gas that bonds with polyester, so the color is in the fabric and nothing sits on top. Stripes, panels and logos can run across the seams, edge to edge.
Do your bib shorts have a pad?
Yes. Our bib shorts have a shaped pad sewn into the seat. Tell us how the shorts will be used, and we confirm the pad with your quote.
Can we add our sponsors' logos?
Yes. Send each logo and where it goes: the chest, the back, the sleeves or the legs. Sublimation can put a logo anywhere on the jersey.
Do you make jackets and vests for cycling?
Yes. We make light jackets and vests in your colors, plus arm and leg warmers, caps and socks to match the kit.
Can you match a kit we already have?
Yes. Send a jersey or a photo, with your colors and logos. We make one sample for you to check against it.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. Bulk starts only after you approve it.
