Sharknits makes bulk clothing orders from 500 to 50,000 pieces or more per style, in two factories in Lahore and Sialkot, Pakistan. Each factory can make up to 1 million pieces a month. After you approve the sample, 1,000 to 4,999 pieces take about 4 to 6 weeks to make. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. You pay a 30% deposit, and the balance after a final inspection, before the goods ship. We reply within 24 hours.

How long a bulk order takes
The clock starts when you approve the sample. Custom dyed or knitted fabric adds about 2 to 4 weeks. Shipping comes on top. It takes about 1 to 2 weeks by air, or about 6 to 8 weeks by sea to the US East Coast, door to door.

How a bulk order runs
- Send your quantities. Use the form below or book a 15-minute call. We reply within 24 hours.
- Get your quote. We price each style, FOB Karachi or DDP to your door, with the lead time.
- Approve the sample, then pay the deposit. We make a sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. When you approve it, a 30% deposit books your fabric and your production dates.
- We make your order. Every piece is checked against your approved sample, and we send you progress photos.
- Final inspection. We inspect the finished order by AQL sampling, or your own inspector does. You get the photos and the result.
- Pay the balance, and we ship. You pay the 70% balance before the goods leave. We ship FOB or DDP, with tracking.

How we check a bulk order
Big orders need checks you can see. This is what we do on every bulk order.
- During production: every piece is checked against your approved sample, from cutting and sewing to printing and packing.
- Final inspection: before shipping, we check a random sample of the order by AQL (acceptance quality limit) sampling. No critical defects pass. The limits are AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor ones.
- Your inspector is welcome: book SGS, QIMA, Intertek or another firm to inspect the order before you pay the balance. Their fee is yours.
- Photos first: you get photos and the inspection result before you pay the balance.
- Defects: if the order fails the final inspection, we fix or remake the faulty pieces and inspect again before it ships.

What to send for a fast quote
Send what you have. We ask about the rest.
- The product: a tech pack, a sketch or a photo of what you want made.
- Quantities: pieces per style and color, and the size split if you know it.
- Fabric: the fabric and weight you want, such as 400 GSM (grams per square meter) fleece, or ask us to suggest one.
- Decoration: printing, embroidery or patches, and where they go.
- Labels and packing: neck labels, hang tags and how each piece should be packed.
- Delivery: the date you need it, where it ships, and FOB or DDP.

What is the largest order you can make?
We make orders from 500 to 50,000 pieces or more per style. Each of our factories can make up to 1 million pieces a month. Capacity depends on the product, so tell us what you need and we will confirm it.
How long does a bulk order take?
After you approve the sample, 500 to 999 pieces take about 3 to 5 weeks, and 1,000 to 4,999 pieces about 4 to 6 weeks. Orders of 5,000 to 19,999 pieces take about 6 to 8 weeks, and 20,000 or more about 8 to 12 weeks. Custom dyed or knitted fabric adds about 2 to 4 weeks. Shipping time comes on top.
Do you quote FOB or DDP?
Both. FOB (free on board) Karachi means we load your goods at the port of Karachi and you book the sea freight. DDP (delivered duty paid) means we deliver to your door with US customs cleared and the duty paid, for one price.
What are your payment terms for bulk orders?
A 30% deposit when you place the order, and the 70% balance after the final inspection, before the goods ship. We accept bank transfers, PayPal and major credit cards.
How do you check quality?
Every piece is checked against your approved sample during production. Before shipping, we inspect the order by AQL (acceptance quality limit) sampling. It allows no critical defects, AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor ones. You get photos and the result before you pay the balance.
Can I send my own inspector?
