The minimum is usually 25 pieces per style and color, and sizes can be mixed. We confirm the bulk timing with your quote. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. Bulk starts only after you approve the sample, and we confirm its timing with your quote.

What is the minimum order for custom leather jackets?
Usually 25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. Tell us what you are making and we will confirm.
Where are your leather jackets made?
In our factory at Pucci Kotli, Daska Road, Sialkot, Pakistan. We cut, stitch and finish each jacket there.
Which leather should I choose?
Cowhide is firm and wears in well, so it suits biker and moto jackets. Lambskin is soft and light, so it suits bombers and fitted jackets. Suede has a soft, brushed nap. Shearling keeps the wool on for warmth. Tell us how the jacket will be worn, and we will suggest one.
Can you make a jacket from a photo?
Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or a tech pack. We make the pattern and the tech pack, then one sample for you to check.
How can my logo go on a leather jacket?
As an embossed leather label inside the neck, as embroidery or chenille, or on the snaps and zip pullers. Your woven neck label can go in too.
How long does a leather jacket order take?
We confirm the bulk timing with your quote. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. Shipping time comes on top.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the leather, the fit and the hardware before we make your full order.
