We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.

What is the minimum order for custom football jerseys?
25 pieces per design. Mixed sizes count together toward the 25, so linemen and receivers can be in the same order.
Do names and numbers cost extra?
No. Every jersey can carry its own player name and number, at no extra charge. Send us your roster with the name, number and size for each player.
How long does a football jersey order take?
First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk production takes about 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping time comes on top. Each extra sample round adds time, so start well before your first game.
Do you make football pants and gloves too?
Yes. We make football pants with stripes in your colors, football gloves with your logo, and compression wear. GRIDIRON, our own uniform on this page, pairs the jersey and pants with a padded girdle.
Can you make a throwback jersey?
Yes. We cut and sew to your pattern, so we can make a modern game jersey or a striped throwback, like the one in the styles above. Send a sketch or a photo of the look you want.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the colors and the numbers before we make your full order.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. Send a sketch, a photo of a jersey you like, or your logo and colors. We make the tech pack and the pattern for you.
