Custom shorts orders, in short
Sharknits makes custom shorts for clothing brands and teams: sweat shorts, mesh basketball shorts and nylon shorts. We cut and sew each pair to your fit and length, in French terry, fleece, mesh or nylon. The minimum is usually 25 pieces per style and color, and sizes can be mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What is the minimum order for custom shorts?
Usually 25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. Tell us what you are making and we will confirm.
Which fabric is best for shorts?
French terry or fleece for sweat shorts, polyester mesh for basketball and gym shorts, and nylon for light shorts. Tell us how they will be worn, and we will suggest one.
Can you make shorts to match our hoodies or tees?
Yes. We make hoodies, tees and shorts, so we can match your colors and your print across a set.
Can you change the length?
Yes. Tell us the inseam you want, or send a pair you like, and we will match the length and the fit on your sample.
Do you make basketball and fight shorts?

How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the fabric and the print before we make your full order.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. Send a photo of shorts you like, a sketch or a tech pack. We make the pattern, then one sample for you to check.
