When to order team uniforms: the 2027 calendar
Start about 12 weeks before you need the uniforms. The design and one sample take about 3 weeks. Production takes 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping by air courier takes 1 to 2 weeks. The rest is spare time, for try-ons and fixes. For fall practice in early August 2027, start by May 10.

Order-by dates for 2027
Counted back from the start of each season with our planning numbers, for school sports and for 7v7 (seven on seven) passing events. If your season starts on another day, move each date by the same number of days.

What slows an order
Each one can cost a week or more.
- Late sizes. Bulk starts when every size is in, so send one list per team early.
- Changes after the sample. Each change means another sample round, and each round adds time.
- Factory holidays. Factories in Pakistan close for a few days at each Eid. In 2027, Eid falls in March and in May.
- The US holidays. Couriers and offices slow down from December 20 to January 3.
From the quote to the first game
- Send your design and numbers. A sketch, a photo of a uniform you like or one of our designs, with the number of players and the date of the first game.
- Check the design. We draw it, and you confirm the colors, the numbers and the logo.
- Get one physical sample. $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping.
- Approve it. Changes go into another sample round, which adds time.
- Send the size list. One list per team, with each player's size, name and number.
- Bulk. About 3 to 4 weeks after you approve the sample.
- Shipping. By air courier, about 1 to 2 weeks.
- Try everything on. Keep about 3 weeks before the first game for try-ons and fixes.
Big orders, youth orders and fill-ins
Four cases that need their own plan.
- Big orders by sea: sea freight adds about 5 to 6 weeks, so big league orders start about 4 months ahead.
- Youth orders: bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks. They ship FOB (free on board) Karachi, so add the time your forwarder needs.
- Fill-ins: for new players or other sizes later, ask us. We confirm the minimum and the time with your quote.
- Dance teams: plan about 14 weeks, because dancewear bulk takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
Questions buyers ask
How far ahead should we order team uniforms?
About 12 weeks before you need them. That covers about 3 weeks for the design and one sample, up to 4 weeks of bulk and up to 2 weeks by air. About 3 weeks are left to spare.
When should we order fall football uniforms?
For practice in early August 2027, start by May 10 and approve the sample by May 31. Big orders by sea start about 4 months ahead.
When should a 7v7 team order for spring?
Start by mid-January for events in April, and in early December for events in March.
How long do custom team uniforms take?
About 3 to 4 weeks of bulk after you approve the sample, plus shipping. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Before that, the design and one sample take about 3 weeks, by our estimate.
What slows an order down?
Late sizes, changes after the sample, factory holidays and the US holidays from December 20 to January 3. Each one can add a week or more.
Do youth orders take longer?
Bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks. Youth orders ship FOB Karachi, so add the time your forwarder needs to bring them in.
