School team uniforms, with purchase orders
We make uniforms and team wear for high schools and their booster clubs: football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball and softball, wrestling, cheer and more. Schools can pay with a purchase order. We invoice from our US office near Chicago and send a W-9, the US tax form a supplier gives a buyer.

School team uniform orders, in short
Sharknits makes uniforms and team wear for high schools and their booster clubs: football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball and softball, wrestling, cheer and more. Schools can pay with a purchase order. We invoice from our US office near Chicago and send a W-9, and the invoice is paid on the terms in the quote. The minimum is 25 pieces per design in adult sizes, with sizes mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. Booster clubs and other buyers pay in full when the order is ready to ship.
How a school orders
- Ask for a quote. We quote a DDP price to the school, with US customs cleared and the duty paid.
- Send your purchase order. We put its number on our invoice.
- Check the mockup. We draw your design, and you confirm the colors, the numbers and the logo.
- Get one physical sample. $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping.
- Approve it. Changes go into another sample round before bulk.
- Bulk. About 3 to 4 weeks after you approve the sample.
- Delivery to the school. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks.
- Pay the invoice. It carries your purchase order number, and it is paid on the terms in your quote.
What a school's business office needs

- A W-9: we send it with the quote.
- A US invoice: from our US office near Chicago, with your purchase order number on it.
- Tax exemption: send us your tax exemption certificate with your purchase order.
- Terms: agreed with each order, and written in your quote.
- Delivery: to the school, quoted DDP, with the duty paid.

Uniform rules, checked before the sample
A uniform that breaks the playing rules cannot be worn in a game.
- Football: we check game jerseys and pants against the 2026 jersey and pant rules of the NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations).
- Other sports: send us your rules, and we check the design before the sample.
- Texas: Texas plays football under the college rules with its own changes. Tell us, and we check your design against them.

- From 25 pieces: per design, with sizes mixed.
- Your colors and logo: the same as on the team's uniforms.
- Payment: booster clubs pay in full when the order is ready to ship. Schools can pay with a purchase order.
When to order
Start about 12 weeks before the first game.
- Fall sports: start by early May.
- Winter sports: start by early August.
- Spring sports: start by the end of November.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.

Questions buyers ask
Can a school pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Send us your purchase order. We invoice from our US office near Chicago, with your purchase order number on the invoice. The invoice is paid on the terms in your quote.
Do you give a W-9?
Yes. We send a W-9 with the quote, so your business office can set us up as a supplier.
Where do you invoice from?
From our US office, at 1038 Swift Rd, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137, near Chicago. Our factories are in Pakistan.
Do you deliver to the school?
Yes. We quote DDP to the school, so the uniforms arrive with US customs cleared and the duty paid. We can also quote FOB Karachi.
Can we see a sample before we order?
Yes. We make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design. You check it, and bulk starts only after you approve it.
Do you make uniforms for every sport?
Football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball and softball, wrestling, cheer, dance, hockey and more. Most sports have their own page. Tell us your sports, and we quote them together.
Do you check the uniform rules?
Yes. We check football designs against the 2026 NFHS jersey and pant rules. For other sports, send us your rules, and we check the design before the sample.
Can our booster club order spirit wear?
Yes. Hoodies and tees in your colors, from 25 pieces per design, with sizes mixed.
Can we reorder the same uniform next season?
Yes. Send us the design and the sizes you need, and we quote it again. A reorder starts at the same minimum of 25. For a few pieces, ask us, and we confirm what we can do with your quote.
Do you make middle school sizes?
Youth sizes start at 50 pieces per design, with sizes mixed. Youth orders ship FOB Karachi. Your company imports them and issues the Children's Product Certificate. Our factory sends samples made from bulk materials to your lab and sews your tracking, fiber and care labels. It also gives you the factory name, address and production month for the certificate.
