American football uniforms, our specialty
Sharknits is an American football uniform manufacturer for schools, clubs and leagues. We make game jerseys and pants, practice jerseys, 7v7 (seven on seven) and flag football uniforms, and sideline wear in our own factories. Orders start at 25 pieces per design in adult sizes and 50 in youth sizes, with sizes mixed. Each adult jersey can carry a different name and number at no extra charge.

American football uniform orders, in short
Sharknits makes American football uniforms for schools, clubs and leagues: game jerseys and pants, practice jerseys, 7v7 and flag football uniforms, and sideline wear. Game jerseys and pants are made to the 2026 jersey and pant rules of the NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations). The minimum is 25 pieces per design in adult sizes and 50 in youth sizes, with sizes mixed. Each adult jersey can carry its own name and number at no extra charge. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship. Schools can pay with a purchase order, on the terms in their quote.
Team uniforms are our specialty. Schools can pay with a purchase order, and clubs and leagues can order for many teams at once.

We make game jerseys and pants to the 2026 NFHS jersey and pant rules, and we check each design against them before the sample.
- Numbers: at least 8 inches tall on the front and 10 inches on the back, in one solid color that contrasts with the jersey.
- Home and away: the home team wears dark jerseys, and visitors wear white. Our HASHMARK pair is navy and white.
- Logos: one maker's logo on the outside, within 2.25 square inches and 2.25 inches in any direction. Labels go inside.
- Trim: collar, shoulder and side trim within the widths the rule sets.
- Pants: long enough to cover the knees, the thigh guards and the knee pads.
- Texas schools: Texas plays under the college rules with its own changes. Tell us, and we check your design against them before the sample.

Schools can pay with a purchase order
We work the way a school's business office does.
- Purchase orders: send us your purchase order, and we put its number on our invoice.
- A US invoice: we invoice from our US office near Chicago and send a W-9 with the quote.
- Payment terms: the invoice is paid on the terms in your quote.
- Delivery: we quote DDP to the school, with US customs cleared and the duty paid.
- Every sport: football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, wrestling, cheer and more, from one maker.
One quote for every team
Clubs and leagues with many teams order once.
- One roster per team: each player's name, number and size, in one list for each team.
- One design, many teams: teams in adult sizes can share one design to reach 25 pieces.
- Team colors: one design in each team's color. We confirm with your quote how the colors count toward the minimum.
- 7v7 and flag teams: tops, shorts and practice wear for spring and summer leagues.
Sample first, then your order
We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.

When to order
Start about 12 weeks before you need the uniforms.
- Fall football: start by early May, and approve the sample by the end of May.
- 7v7 in spring: start by mid-January for events in April, and in early December for events in March.
- Girls' flag football: where it is a fall sport, as in Illinois, order in the spring.
- Big orders by sea: start about 4 months ahead.
What we do not make for football
We do not make football helmets, shoulder pads, soft headgear, face guards, mouthguards, flag belts and flags, or grip sleeves. We make the uniforms and the team wear around them.

- HASHMARK: a game uniform, with a navy home jersey, a white away jersey and silver pants.
- GRIDIRON: a game uniform with a jersey, pants and a padded girdle.
- TRENCH: a reversible mesh practice jersey, scarlet on one side and white on the other.
- GOAL LINE: a 7v7 kit with a reversible compression top and shorts.
- HUDDLE: a flag football kit with a teal jersey, a white away jersey and black shorts.
- PLAYBOOK: a coach set with a polo, a quarter-zip, coach shorts and a beanie.

American football is where we focus. We make the whole program, from game jerseys and pants to practice jerseys, 7v7 and flag football uniforms and sideline wear. We make it in our own factories in Pakistan, and we make one physical sample first. Schools can pay with a purchase order through our US office near Chicago.
What can a football program order from you?
Game jerseys and pants, practice jerseys (one color or reversible), 7v7 tops and shorts, and flag football uniforms. Sideline and coach wear too: polos, quarter-zips, hoodies, jackets, parkas, coach shorts and beanies. Footballs with your logo come from our sports equipment line.
What is the minimum?
25 pieces per design in adult sizes and 50 in youth sizes, with sizes mixed. Each adult jersey can carry a different name and number at no extra charge.
Do home and away jerseys count separately?
Yes. The minimum counts per design, so home and away jerseys in two designs are 25 of each. Tell us your plan and we will confirm.
Are your jerseys made to the NFHS rules?
We make game jerseys and pants to the 2026 NFHS jersey and pant rules, and we check each design against them before the sample. Texas schools play under the college rules with their own changes, so tell us, and we check those too.
Do you make football helmets or shoulder pads?
No. We do not make football helmets, shoulder pads, soft headgear, face guards, mouthguards, flag belts and flags, or grip sleeves. We make the uniforms and the team wear around them.
Can a school pay with a purchase order?
Yes. We invoice from our US office near Chicago and send a W-9, the US tax form a supplier gives a buyer. The invoice is paid on the terms in your quote.
How long does an order take?
First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Plan about 12 weeks before you need the uniforms.
Where are the uniforms made?
In our own factories in Lahore and Sialkot, Pakistan. Our US office is in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, near Chicago.
Do you make youth sizes?
Yes, from 50 pieces per design, with sizes mixed. Youth orders ship FOB Karachi. Your company imports them and issues the Children's Product Certificate. Our factory sends samples made from bulk materials to your lab and sews your tracking, fiber and care labels. It also gives you the factory name, address and production month for the certificate.
