Sharknits is a streetwear manufacturer for independent brands. We cut and sew hoodies, crewnecks, tees, sweatpants, shorts, jackets and sets to your fit, then add puff print, embroidery, rhinestones, washes and your labels. The minimum is usually 25 pieces per style and color, and sizes can be mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. Bulk starts only after you approve the sample.

What is the minimum order for streetwear?
Usually 25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. Tell us what you are making and we will confirm.
Do you make heavyweight hoodies?
Yes. The Irregular hoodie on this page is 100% cotton French terry at 500 GSM, a heavyweight fabric. Tell us the weight you want, and we will match it on your sample.
Can you do puff print, rhinestones and acid wash?
Yes. We do puff print, 3D puff embroidery, rhinestones, chenille, acid wash, raw edges and more. You see each one on your sample before bulk.
Can you make our labels and packaging too?
Yes. We make woven and printed labels and hang tags for your order. Custom packaging, like poly mailers and boxes, is a separate order.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. Send a photo, a sketch or a tech pack. We make the pattern, then one sample for you to check. Our free tech pack template helps if you want to write one.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the fabric and the details before we make your full order.
How long does a streetwear order take?
It depends on the sample rounds. Cut and sew orders can take up to 3 months when there are several rounds, so plan about 4 months ahead.
Where are your factories?
In Lahore and Sialkot, Pakistan. Our U.S. corporate office is in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, near Chicago.
