Adult league hockey jerseys, light and dark sets
We make jerseys for adult hockey teams, leagues and rinks: a light set and a dark set, with matching socks. Each player's name and number comes at no extra charge. The minimum is 25 per design, with sizes mixed, so a team of 12 to 20 players orders spares for subs and new players.

Adult league jersey orders, in short
Sharknits makes jerseys for adult hockey teams, leagues and rinks: a light set and a dark set, sublimated or tackle twill, with matching socks. Each adult jersey can carry its own name and number at no extra charge. The minimum is 25 pieces per design, with sizes mixed, so a team of 12 to 20 players orders spares. Rinks and leagues can give every team one design in its own color. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. We make the uniforms in our own factories in Pakistan, with a US office near Chicago. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship. Schools can pay with a purchase order. We invoice from our US office and send a W-9, the US tax form a supplier gives a buyer.
Team uniforms are our specialty. Schools can pay with a purchase order, and clubs and leagues can order for many teams at once.

A light set and a dark set
Leagues set their own rule on who wears light and who wears dark, so most teams order both.
- Two jerseys per player: a light one and a dark one, in the same design.
- Matching socks: a pair for each set.
- Sublimated or twill: a sublimated jersey carries any design. Tackle twill gives raised, stitched numbers.
One design in each team's color
Rinks and leagues that dress every team can give each team the same design in its own color.
- One design: the same cut, stripes and crest for every team.
- Each team's color: a different body color for each team.
- The minimum: we confirm with your quote how the colors count toward the minimum.
Check your league's rules
Check your league's rules. Most ask for matching jerseys with numbers. Some also ask for matching socks, or for a light set and a dark set.
- Numbers: some leagues ask that each player on a team wears a different number.
- Tape: one league bans taped numbers, and another allows them.
- Home and away: one league puts the home team in dark jerseys and the visitors in white.
Goalie cuts, and when to order
Plan your goalie jerseys and your dates with the rest of the order.
- Goalie cuts: wider in the body and sleeves, in your team's design, counted in the 25.
- Two per goalie: one guide advises two jerseys for each goalie.
- Before your first game: start about 12 weeks ahead. For a league starting April 1, 2027, start by January 7, 2027.
- Adding a player: we confirm the minimum and the time for extra pieces with your quote.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.

We do not make helmets, cages or visors, neck guards, gloves, shoulder or elbow pads, hockey pants or girdles, shin guards, skates, sticks or goalie pads. We make the shells that go over hockey pants and girdles. We do not make cut-resistant socks or sleeves.
Questions buyers ask
Our team has 16 players. Can we order fewer than 25?
The minimum is 25 per design, with sizes mixed. The rest become spares for subs and new players. Or two teams in one league can share a design in their own colors, and we confirm with your quote how the colors count.
Do names and numbers cost extra?
No. Each adult jersey can carry its own name and number at no extra charge. Send one list with each player's name, number and size.
Should we wear light or dark at home?
It depends on your league. One league puts the home team in dark jerseys, while high school and college rules put the home team in light. Order a light set and a dark set.
Sublimated or tackle twill?
Sublimation dyes the design into polyester and adds almost no weight. Tackle twill gives the raised, stitched look. Many teams mix them: a sublimated body with twill numbers.
Do you make goalie-cut jerseys?
Yes. A goalie cut is wider in the body and sleeves, in the same design. Goalie jerseys count toward the 25 of their design.
How long does an order take?
First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Plan about 12 weeks before you need the uniforms.
Can we add a player later?
Tell us how many and which sizes. We confirm the minimum and the time for the extra pieces with your quote.
