Boxing gear orders, in short

It makes gloves, headgear, focus mitts, Thai pads, kick shields and belly pads, groin and shin guards, hand wraps and punching bags, plus fight shorts and robes. Gloves, focus mitts, Thai pads, shin guards and hand wraps start at 12 pairs per design. Headgear, groin guards, kick shields and belly pads start at 12 pieces, and punching bags at 12 bags. Your logo is printed or embossed, plus woven labels. The gear is made for training, sparring, pad and bag work. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. We make the gear in our own factories in Pakistan, with a US office near Chicago. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What boxing gear pays at US customs
The duty depends on the item and its material. These lines are as of November 2026.
- Leather boxing gloves: 4.9% under HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) code 4203.21.8060, in a 2013 ruling of CBP (US Customs and Border Protection).
- Goods from Pakistan: plus 10% under Section 301, a US trade law, since July 24, 2026.
- Your broker: codes differ by item and material, so your customs broker confirms each one.
- DDP: we deliver to your door with US customs cleared and the duty paid, on the terms in your quote.
When to order
Start about 12 weeks before you need the gear, or 13 when the work crosses the year-end holidays.
The design and one sample take about 3 weeks. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, and shipping by air about 1 to 2 weeks. The rest is time to spare.
- Gyms, for the January sign-up rush: needed by January 3, 2028, start by October 4, 2027.
- Gyms and clubs, for the spring: needed by April 1, 2027, start by January 7, 2027.
- Gyms and clubs, for the fall: needed by September 1, 2027, start by June 9, 2027.
- Brands, for holiday sales: stock landed by October 1, 2027, start by July 9, 2027.
- Big orders by sea: start about 4 months ahead.
- Needed before early February 2027: ask us. A sample in hand and shipping by air may still make it.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.

Training gear, not bout gear
Our gloves and headgear are made for training, sparring and bag work. They are not on USA Boxing's certified list. Sanctioned USA Boxing events use certified gloves and headgear, and the organizer supplies the gloves. Check your event's rules before you order.

What boxing gear do you make?
Boxing gloves for training, sparring and bag work, lace-up gloves, MMA and Muay Thai gloves, and headgear. Focus mitts, Thai pads, kick shields and belly pads. Groin and shin guards, hand wraps and heavy bags. We also make fight shorts and robes.
What is the minimum?
12 per design. Gloves, focus mitts, Thai pads, shin guards and hand wraps count in pairs, so their minimum is 12 pairs. Headgear, groin guards, kick shields and belly pads count in pieces, and punching bags start at 12 bags.
Can one order mix sizes and weights?
Yes. One design's 12 pairs of gloves can mix weights and sizes. We make boxing gloves from 8 to 18 oz (ounces) and MMA gloves from 4 to 8 oz.
Can we use your gloves in USA Boxing bouts?
No. They are training, sparring and bag gear, and they are not on USA Boxing's certified list. Sanctioned events use gloves from USA Boxing's certified list, and the organizer supplies them.
Where is it made?
In our own factories in Lahore and Sialkot, Pakistan. Our US office is in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, near Chicago.
How long does an order take?
First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Plan about 12 weeks before you need the gear.
How much is a sample?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping.
Can you deliver with duties paid?
Yes. We quote DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door, with US customs cleared and the duty paid. We also quote FOB (free on board) Karachi.
What duty does boxing gear pay in the US?
