Mitts and pads orders, in short
Sharknits makes custom focus mitts, Thai pads, kick shields and belly pads for gyms and coaches, with your logo and colors. Focus mitts and Thai pads are sold in pairs, from 12 pairs per design. Kick shields and belly pads start at 12 pieces per design. The shell is cowhide leather, goatskin leather, or PU (synthetic, not leather). PU is polyurethane. The padding is multi-density foam, in layers. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. We make the gear in our own factories in Pakistan, with a US office near Chicago. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

Thai pads, front and back
Thai pads take punches, kicks, knees and elbows.
- The front: a long pad for strikes, with your logo.

Kick shields and belly pads
Bigger pads for heavy kicks, knees and body work.
- Kick shields: bigger than a Thai pad, for kicks and knees.
- Belly pads: the coach wears one for body shots and knees, held on with wide straps.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping.

What is the minimum?
12 pairs per design for focus mitts and Thai pads. 12 pieces per design for kick shields and belly pads.
Do Thai pads count in pairs?
Yes. Thai pads are sold in pairs, so the minimum is 12 pairs per design.
Curved or flat mitts?
Our focus mitts are curved. Ask us about flat mitts, and we confirm them with your quote.
Leather or synthetic?
Cowhide leather, goatskin leather, or PU (synthetic, not leather). PU is polyurethane. You check the shell on your sample.
Can you add our gym's logo?
Yes. We print or emboss your logo on the face and the strap, and we can add woven labels.
How long does an order take?
First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Plan about 12 weeks before you need the gear.
