We confirm the sizes, filled bags and other bag types with your quote. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping. We make the gear in our own factories in Pakistan, with a US office near Chicago. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

Unfilled bags ship lighter
An unfilled bag weighs less, so it costs less to ship.
- Unfilled: the bag ships empty, with its chains. You fill it near you.
- Less freight: an empty bag is lighter and smaller to ship.
- Filled bags: we confirm them with your quote.
How to fill an unfilled bag
Published guides fill a heavy bag in even layers, like this.
- Cloth first: old clothes or cloth scraps are the main fill.
- Sand in the middle: small sealed bags of very dry sand, every 10 to 12 inches.
- In layers: pack about 6 inches at a time with a pole, so the fill stays even.
- Top and bottom: a few thin pieces of foam or cardboard keep the ends flat.
- No loose sand: a column of loose sand makes a hard, uneven bag.
Hanging your bags
Each bag ships with its chains.
- Chains: they come with the bag.
- The mount: a beam or a ceiling mount that can hold the bag's weight.
- The swivel: we confirm it with your quote.
Big orders by sea
Bags are bulky, so big orders go by sea.
- By sea: plan about 4 months ahead for big orders.
- By air: smaller orders ship in about 1 to 2 weeks.
- Unfilled: an unfilled bag packs smaller, so more bags fit in a carton.

We make one physical sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. You can make changes during sampling. After you approve the sample, bulk takes about 3 to 5 weeks, plus shipping.
Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.
