First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. We confirm the bulk time for belts with your quote. The belts are made in Pakistan, in our own factories, and our US office is near Chicago. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship. Kids sizes start at 12 per design and ship FOB Karachi.

Colors

Belts for every grading

Each sport has its own rank colors, and each school sets its own order.

  • BJJ adults: published guides list white, blue, purple, brown and black.
  • Karate and taekwondo: each school sets its own colors, with stripes where it uses them.
  • Your order: 12 belts per color, in the colors you choose.
BJJ bars

The bar on a BJJ belt

The bar is the black or red block near one end of a BJJ belt, where the stripes go.

  • The rules: IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) belts are 4 to 5 cm (centimeters) wide, in the rank color, with a black tip.
  • The tip: the rule's word for the bar. Black belts carry a white or red tip.
  • Our bars and stripes: we confirm them with your quote.

Embroidery

Your logo, embroidered

Your school's logo is embroidered on each belt.

  • Your logo: embroidered where your tech pack puts it.
  • Names and ranks: a student's name or rank on a belt is confirmed with your quote.
  • Your sample: you check the stitching and the colors before bulk.
Width and length

Width, length and gradings

Belts come in lengths by uniform size.

  • Width: published charts from US belt makers show about 1 3/4 inches for karate and taekwondo. We confirm ours with your quote.
  • Length: by uniform size, confirmed with your quote.
  • Gradings: one published guide puts lower belt tests every 8 to 16 weeks, so a school goes through many belts.
Kids sizes

Kids sizes, from 12 per design

Kids sizes start at 12 per design and ship FOB Karachi. You, or the importer you work with, bring them into the US and issue the Children's Product Certificate. Our factory sends samples made from bulk materials to your lab and sews your tracking, fiber and care labels. It also gives you the factory name, address and production month for the certificate.
