Rash guard orders, in short
Sharknits makes custom rash guards for BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) academies, MMA (mixed martial arts) teams, events and brands, in your colors, with your logo. They are polyester and spandex, printed by sublimation, with flat seams and a silicone gripper inside the hem. The minimum is 12 pieces per design, and one design's 12 pieces can mix sizes. We confirm the fiber mix, the sleeve lengths and the sizes with your quote. The rash guards are made for class, training, team and school use. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. The rash guards are made in Pakistan, in our own factories, and our US office is near Chicago. We quote FOB (free on board) Karachi or DDP (delivered duty paid) to your door. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

Ranked rash guards
IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) rules ask for black, white, or black and white rash guards, with at least 10% of the rank color.
- Your panels: the rank colors in panels, where your design puts them.
- Counting: we confirm with your quote how the rank colors of one design count toward its 12 pieces.
- Your sample: check the panel colors against your event's rules before you approve bulk.
Rash guards for MMA teams
Amateur MMA rules ask for short sleeves in the corner color.
- UWW (United World Wrestling) amateur MMA: short-sleeve rash guards, at least 70% red or blue.
- IMMAF (International Mixed Martial Arts Federation): short sleeves only, in red or blue.
- Your order: red and blue rash guards in one design, with your logo.

Can you make ranked rash guards?
Yes. We make rash guards with the rank colors in panels, in your design. IBJJF rules ask for black, white, or black and white, with at least 10% of the rank color.
Can we wear them in tournaments?
Check your event's rules. We make each order in the colors and cut you choose for your event's rules, and the event's own check decides.
Which sizes do you make?
We confirm our size range with your quote. One design's 12 pieces can mix sizes.
How long does an order take?
First we make one sample for you to check. After you approve it, bulk takes about 3 to 4 weeks, plus shipping. By air, shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Plan about 12 weeks before you need the gear.
