Wholesale scrubs at a glance
Sharknits makes wholesale scrubs to order. Our factories are in Lahore and Sialkot, Pakistan. We make scrub sets, jogger scrubs, scrub jackets, scrub caps and lab coats in the fabric, colors and fit you choose, with your logo and labels. The minimum is 50 pieces per style and color, with sizes mixed. Bulk runs go from 500 to 50,000 pieces or more per style. A sample costs $150 to $500. After you approve it, 1,000 to 4,999 pieces take about 4 to 6 weeks to make. We reply within 24 hours.

How long a bulk scrubs order takes
The clock starts when you approve the sample. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. Shipping comes on top. It takes about 1 to 2 weeks by air, or about 6 to 8 weeks by sea to the US East Coast.

How a wholesale scrubs order runs
- Send your styles and numbers. Use the form below or book a 15-minute call. We reply within 24 hours.
- Feel the fabric. Ask for swatches. Pick the fabric and the colors before the sample.
- Approve the sample. We make one sample for $150 to $500, depending on the design. Changes go into another sample round before bulk starts.
- We make your order. Every piece is checked against your approved sample. Each name is embroidered from your list.
- Final check. Before shipping, we check the order against your sample. On 500 pieces or more, we inspect it by AQL sampling, or your own inspector does.
- Pay, and we ship. Under 500 pieces, you pay in full when the order is ready. On 500 or more, you pay the 70% balance after the final inspection. We ship by air or sea, with tracking.

Small orders are paid when they are ready to ship. Bulk orders of 500 pieces or more have a deposit and a final inspection.

Questions buyers ask
Do you sell wholesale scrubs from stock?
No. We make every order to your design, in your fabric and colors. If you need scrubs this week, a stock wholesaler is faster. If you want your own fabric, fit, logo and labels, we make them for you.
What is the minimum order for wholesale scrubs?
50 pieces per style and color, with sizes mixed. A navy set and a black set count as two colors, so that is 50 of each.
How many scrubs can you make?
Bulk runs go from 500 to 50,000 pieces or more per style. Each of our factories can make up to 1 million pieces a month. Capacity depends on the product, so tell us what you need and we will confirm it.
How long does a bulk scrubs order take?
After you approve the sample, 500 to 999 pieces take about 3 to 5 weeks, and 1,000 to 4,999 pieces about 4 to 6 weeks. Orders of 5,000 to 19,999 pieces take about 6 to 8 weeks, and 20,000 or more about 8 to 12 weeks. Shipping time comes on top.
Can I start my own scrubs brand with you?
Yes. We make scrubs with your own neck labels and hang tags, from 50 pieces per style and color. Custom packaging is a separate order.
What fabric are the scrubs made from?
The fabric you choose. Poly cotton and stretch twill are common choices. Ask us for swatches, and feel the fabric before the sample.
How do I pay for a wholesale scrubs order?
Orders under 500 pieces are paid in full when they are ready to ship. For 500 pieces or more, you pay a 30% deposit when you order and the 70% balance after the final inspection, before the goods ship. We accept bank transfer, PayPal and major credit cards.
Can each scrub top have a different name?
Yes. Send us one list with each person's name and size, and we embroider each name under your logo.
