Sharknits makes custom embroidered hoodies for clothing brands. We cut and sew the hoodie to your fit, then embroider your logo: flat, 3D puff, chenille, chain stitch or appliqué. The minimum is usually 25 pieces per style and color, and sizes can be mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

What is the minimum order for embroidered hoodies?
Usually 25 pieces per style and color. You can mix sizes within that number. Tell us what you are making and we will confirm.
What kinds of embroidery can you do?
Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, chenille, chain stitch, tonal embroidery and appliqué. We can also make embroidered patches and sew them on. Tell us the look you want, and we will suggest one.
What is 3D puff embroidery?
Embroidery stitched over a layer of foam, so the design stands up from the fabric. It suits bold letters and simple shapes. Fine lines and small text look better in flat embroidery.
Where can the embroidery go?
On the chest, the back, the sleeves or the hood, and down the leg of matching sweatpants. The Irregular set on this page has an embroidered chest badge and letters down the leg.
Do you make the hoodie too?
Yes. We cut and sew the hoodie from the fabric you choose, to your fit. Then we embroider it and add your labels.
Can you mix embroidery with rhinestones or prints?
Yes. The Irregular hoodie pairs an embroidered chest badge with rhinestones along the seams. Our NOVA design pairs chenille with rhinestone outlines.
How much does a sample cost?
One physical sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the stitching, the colors and the fit before we make your full order.
