Sharknits makes custom sweatsuits for clothing brands: a hoodie or crewneck with matching sweatpants, joggers or shorts. We make each piece to your fit, in French terry or fleece at the weight you choose. Then we add your embroidery, prints and labels. The minimum is 25 sets per color, because each piece counts as its own style, and sizes can be mixed. First we make one physical sample, for $150 to $500 depending on the design, plus shipping. Plan about 4 months ahead if you need several sample rounds. You pay in full when the order is ready to ship.

Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order for custom sweatsuits?

25 sets per color. Each piece of a set counts as its own style, so 25 sets in one color are 25 hoodies and 25 sweatpants. You can mix sizes within that number.

What is the difference between a sweatsuit and a tracksuit?

A sweatsuit is a hoodie or sweatshirt with matching sweatpants, in soft cotton French terry or fleece. A tracksuit is a track jacket with track pants, usually in smooth polyester or nylon. We make both.

French terry or fleece: which is better for a sweatsuit?

French terry has small loops inside and breathes, so it suits a set worn most of the year. Fleece is brushed inside, so it is softer and warmer. Ask us for swatches of both.

How heavy can you make a sweatsuit?

We make the weight you ask for. The Irregular set on this page, a client order, is 100% cotton French terry at 500 GSM (grams per square meter), a heavyweight fabric.

Can the hoodie and the pants have different decoration?

Yes. Each piece can have its own print, embroidery or rhinestones. The Irregular set has an embroidered badge on the hoodie and embroidered letters down the leg.

Can I mix tops and bottoms?

Yes. Pair a hoodie, a zip hoodie or a crewneck with sweatpants, joggers or shorts. Each piece counts as its own style for the minimum.

Will the top and the bottom match in color?

Send your color as a color code or a fabric sample. You check the color of every piece on your sample before we make your full order.

How much does a sample cost?

Each sample costs $150 to $500, depending on the design, plus shipping. You check the fit, the fabric and the colors before we make your full order.
